PacRim launches Internet "On-line" Reservations services for tours, activities, dining and spa reservations--plus a personalized Concierge Desk in Waikiki!
 PacRim in 2005 launched the Tour and Travel Services Group to oversee the servicing for on-line Internet customers for hotel, tour, activities, entertainment, dining, and spa reservation services.
In its first year PacRim's team handled over 15,000 on-line customers booking our tour and activities, and over 8,000 on-line dining reservations requests in a 6 month period. To give these clients additional personalized services post-arrival, PacRim opened the GlobeTrotter Tabi Plaza Hawaii desk at the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel. The desk is open seven days a week, and offers friendly "concierge style" services to FIT customers.
